Graham Martin
Chairman & CEO EnOcean Alliance Inc.
Graham is a veteran in the semiconductor industry with 25 years experience in analogue and RF solutions at various Engineering, Sales and Marketing positions in USA, GB, Germany, Austria and Norway. Before joining EnOcean he was a worldwide pioneer in low power wireless sensor networks at leading start-up Chipcon (purchased 2006 by Texas Instruments) where he conducted the worldwide business development activities, served as President of Figure8Wireless and was Vice President of the ZigBee Alliance. Graham studied in USA and GB and is a Physics Graduate from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
Kazuyoshi Itagaki
Vice Chairman Asia
Kazuyoshi Itagaki is Sales Manager of EnOcean in this region. One of his responsibilities is to educate the local market and relevant industries on the energy harvesting wireless technology. In this effort Kazuyoshi Itagaki can draw on his extensive professional experience in the telecommunication and chip industry. From 2004 to 2011 he was Vice President Product Management at Deutsche Telekom K.K. (Japan) and Deutsche Telekom AG (Germany) respectively. Before joining Deutsche Telekom he worked as Product Marketing Manager for Intel’s Computing Handheld Group Products in Japan and the US. Other positions he has held include Group Leader of PC audio business operation and multimedia products at Asahi Kasei Microsystems Co., Ltd. and Marketing Development of optical disk as well as Researcher for optical disk recording materials at Asahi Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. Kazuyoshi Itagaki holds a master degree in Materials Science and Organic Metal Chemistry from Toyohashi University.
Chris Fine
Vice Chairman N. America
Chris Fine is HPE Aruba Networking’s Business Development and Strategic Partnerships Manager for the intelligent Workplace, responsible for the company’s ecosystem of technology partners and strategic initiatives in the Financial Services, Banking, and Insurance vertical markets, and the broader Intelligent Office sector. His areas of expertise include enterprise technology, cyber and physical security systems, communication and collaboration products and networks, workplace technology, and the Internet of Things. Chris has more than 40 years of technology and advisory experience at Goldman Sachs and elsewhere. Prior to his current role, Chris was Senior Strategist for “Project Champagne,” HPE Aruba Networking’s implementation of an industry-leading smart building for its former Headquarters in Santa Clara, California. Chris continues to work with Global Real Estate, IT, and other groups on initiatives related to future of work, IoT, and smart-workplace use cases.
Jörg Hofmann
Treasurer & Board Member (BSC Computer)
Dipl.-Ing. Jörg Hofmann founded the engineering office Jörg Hofmann in 1988 and the BSC Computer GbR together with Gerd Truß in 1992 already during his studies of mechanical engineering at the RWTH Aachen. After the transformation into a GmbH (limited liability company) in 1995, the company grew to 14 employees. Since 2004, the company has developed its own hardware and software solutions for the digitalization of business processes. Visualizing the status of window handles with an energy-autonomous radio technology was the entry into the field of building automation. BSC Computer is one of the founding members of the worldwide EnOcean Alliance and develops comprehensive IoT end-to-end solutions for global OEM customers, from sensor development to edge gateways and cloud solutions to visualization and automation. In the EnOcean Alliance, Jörg Hofmann supports the standardization of EnOcean over IP, encryption, and partner networks with global IoT players such as OCF Foundation and Intel.
Takaaki Nakamura
Board Member (NIFCO)
Takaaki Nakamura has led Home Solutions Company in Nifco as a product manager including marketing & sales. Nifco’s products have been seen everywhere within a few meters around our surroundings from consumer products to automotive devices. One of the typical products Takaaki developed is Swiffer which has been explosively popular in the Asia market. Prior to that, he contributed to many automotive products development in Nifco’s automotive division after graduating.
Andy Barnes

IBM TRIRIGA Lead Technical Product Manager Andy Barnes is an Executive IT Architect in IBM's Sustainability Software and the Lead Technical Product Manager for the TRIRIGA Portfolio, driving innovation, leading edge technology, and business value into the product portfolio. He is the Al focal for IBM's Open Innovation Community (OIC) and has previously worked in many emerging markets including 5G, edge, Al, Watson and loT. John Corbett

John has worked for a number of technology companies, starting off in semiconductor design at Philips and National Semiconductor, he moved into sales and marketing giving him a broad background to manage technical opportunities. He became EMEA technical director for Fairchild when this was spun out of National. After leaving Fairchild he had a variety of roles in the venture capital market and then worked for Ember before taking the role as Northern European and Middle East sales director for EnOcean where he has worked for the last 10 years. John is leading a number of initiatives in the smart building, smart energy and industrial markets with his main focus on IoT integration of EnOcean.
Thomas Richards

Thomas is the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Diversity Officer at Titanium Intelligent Solutions. He develops marketing and business strategies increasing Titanium’s market coverage and customer solutions. Prior to Titanium, Thomas was Director in the Global Liquidity Risk Management group at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch & Co. He was responsible for global liquidity risk reporting with a liquidity pool of over $400 billion. He has lived and worked in Tokyo, London, and Rotterdam. Thomas was an adjunct professor of financial management at The Parsons School of Design. He received an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science degree from The Principia College. Thomas served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
