The USB300 is a small USB gateway that connects a computer to the EnOcean wireless network: sensors, actuators or other gateways that communicate with this communication standard.

Equipped with a USB type A connector, it can be connected to a PC, a home automation box or any other device with a compatible USB Host port.

Equipped with a TCM310 transceiver module, the USB300 is in fact a bidirectional gateway (transmitter/receiver) between the EnOcean environment and the virtual serial interface of the USB port, managed by an external host. It enables various functions, such as
– Receiving frames from one (or more) sensor(s)
– Sending messages to one (or more) actuator(s)
– Remote management
– Programmable repeater
– Others…

This gateway can also handle up to 90 EnOcean telegrams per second.
